On 6 November 2012 lashkar-e- jhangvi attacked on a taxi which was coming from Mariabad towards Hazara town, on spiny road. It was carrying five passengers. Two passengers were injured and three martyred. Rehmat Ali, Zakir Hussain, Mohammad Essa,  are the names of martyres. Zakir Hussain was the driver of the taxi and the two other martyres were passengers. Mohammad Essa was an employee in WAPDA and was a teacher in Perfect English Language centre.
